Goods will only be shipped once full amount was paid.

ogun.co.za offers worldwide shipping. Orders received from outside the borders of South Africa will be billed accordingly and shipping charges can be seen on checkout.

Please note South African orders under R1500 and international orders under R3000 will include a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in refunds.

Handling time may vary from 5-10 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.

A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.

International delivery can take anywhere from 5-10 days to arrive, depending on customs. However, the average is 7 working days.

We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.

OGŪN takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee.

All sales are final. No refunds. This is most applicable to incorrect size choice by the customer, however we do exchange and shipping with shipping at customers expense. Please view size chart before ordering.

Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the RETURNS POLICY and completion and acceptance of the RETURNS FORM.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.

Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.

Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.

In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.

All orders are shipped double boxed with relevant labels.

International buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

All clothing and accessories are 100% authentic OGŪN goods. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all products offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.

This site serves as a full online  clothing, bags and accessories store and nothing else; no other items will be billed or shipped from this site.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for OGŪN via PayFast(Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

OGŪN has no access to card details entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

OGŪN has currency converter functionality. The figures displayed are updated automatically from Yahoo throughout the day. OGŪN is not responsible for slight differences in fees.

OGŪN takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.

OGŪN may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
